In nature, Betta splendens inhabit slow-moving waters such as rice paddies, marshes, ponds, and floodplains, where they feed primarily on aquatic insects, insect larvae, zooplankton, and other protein-rich prey. This natural diet provides the nutrients required for healthy growth, muscle development, vibrant colouration, and overall vitality.
LGND Betta™ Liquid is a premium complementary liquid feed specially developed to provide highly digestible nutrition for Betta fish throughout all life stages. Its micronised suspension allows ultra-fine food particles to remain evenly dispersed throughout the water column, making nutrients readily available to fry, juvenile, and adult Bettas.
The carefully balanced blend of Black Soldier Fly larvae meal, marine proteins, whole egg powder, brewer's yeast, and nutrient-rich microalgae delivers high-quality protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, and naturally occurring antioxidants. The liquid formulation is particularly useful for newly hatched fry, young growing fish, recovering specimens, and adult Bettas requiring easily digestible supplemental nutrition.
Unlike conventional dry foods, LGND Betta™ Liquid provides a fine suspended food source that closely mimics the natural availability of microscopic prey within the aquatic environment.
Indications
LGND Betta™ Liquid is recommended for:
- Fry from first feeding onwards
- Juvenile Betta fish during rapid growth
- Adult Bettas requiring supplemental daily nutrition
- Fish recovering from illness or transport stress
- Conditioning fish prior to breeding
- Situations where easily digestible liquid nutrition is preferred
Suitable for all varieties of Betta splendens, including Halfmoon, Crowntail, Plakat, Veiltail, Double Tail and Giant Betta.
Also suitable as a supplemental liquid feed for:
- Gouramis (Trichogaster spp.)
- Paradise Fish (Macropodus opercularis)
- Sparkling Gouramis (Trichopsis pumila)

Directions
Shake well before each use.
Add 2–5 drops once or twice daily, depending on the size and number of fish.
For fry or juvenile fish, smaller amounts may be offered several times throughout the day.
Adjust the feeding amount according to consumption and remove any uneaten food if necessary to maintain optimal water quality.
Do not overfeed.
